Pasig City Science High School was established in 2005 under the administration of former Pasig City Mayor Soledad Eusebio, wife of former Mayor Vicente Eusebio and mother of Mayor Roberto Eusebio. The school was formerly housed at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig. After a year of operation at the Pamantasan, the school moved to its own building adjacent to the Rainforest Park in Barangay Maybunga.
